Refund Policy


Returns

Bloomed Roots is committed to providing the healthiest and hardiest t succulents and cacti and the highest quality products.

If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of a purchased product, you may return the unused item, in its original condition, within 15 days to request an exchange or refund. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase. Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale-priced items. 

If a returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, and/or is missing parts, and, upon inspection, the damage is deemed to be due to something other than an error by Bloomed Roots, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or to refuse a refund. 

We will notify you by e-mail once a return has been received and inspected. Any refunded amount will be applied to the original method of payment.

We will process refunds within five business days. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for a refund to be processed. We recommend contacting your credit card company or bank to determine the approximate amount of time required (after the five days allotted for processing on our end) for a refund to be posted to your account. If, after the specified amount of time, you have not received your refund, please contact us at bloomedroots@gmail.com.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item due to damages or defects present upon receipt, please contact us atbloomedroots@gmail.com for instructions. 

Gifts

If you return an item which was marked as a gift when purchased and sent directly to you, you will be mailed a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased and/or was shipped to the purchaser, rather than to you directly, the refund will be credited to the original method of payment.

Please mail returned items to Bloomed Roots at 1619 King of Arms Court, Apt. H, Louisville, KY, 40222, United States. You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to returning an item for a refund, and original shipping costs will be deducted from the amount refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
