Refund Policy

Bloomed Roots is committed to providing the healthiest and happiest looking blooms & plants.


If you are not satisfied with the quality or condition of a floral or succulent arrangement, we ask you contact us within 24 hours from receiving your order, & include a picture of what is wrong with your order. We are happy to replace any bad blooms or plants within 24 hours of delivery (but we are not liable for fresh floral arrangements being left out in the sun/heat/humidity). A picture is sent upon delivery of each fresh floral arrangement, we cannot control if someone leaves a floral order outside to wilt or freeze during certain weather conditions.


A delivery date is set ahead of time so someone can be at the delivery address upon arrival of your order, a text is sent out when the item is out for delivery, and once it arrives. We are not liable for items left outside after delivery has been made. 


Refunds and exchanges are not available on sale-priced items. 

We will process refunds within five business days. Please allow a 5-7 business days for a refund to be processed. We recommend contacting your credit card company or bank to determine the approximate amount of time required, (after the five days allotted for processing on our end) for a refund to be posted to your account. If, after the specified amount of time, you have not received your refund, please contact us at bloomedroots@gmail.com.
