Adding insurance is separate and must be purchased by emailing us at bloomedroots@gmail.com

We do our best to process orders and ship in a timely manner please note that all orders will be processed and shipped within 4-5 days time of the original order date and time. We do not ship on Sundays or Holidays. We will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, however Bloomed Roots cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. Bloomed Roots will not be held responsible should USPS lose your package. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with the applicable shipping and tax charges.
