Delivery Cut Off Times & Delivery Info:

Delivery is available Tuesday through Saturday each week.

Do you offer same day delivery? No. For next day delivery, your order must be placed before 10 am est. We do offer same day pick up, based on your needs. Give us a call at (502) 612-1271 for questions or stop into our shop and studio to view our grab & go options.

Can I pick up my order? Yes. We offer in-store and curbside pick up at 746 East Market Street, Louisville, Ky 40202.

When can I expect my delivery? All orders are delivered between the hours of 9 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. If you need an order delivered at a specific time, please contact us to confirm availability before ordering.

KENTUCKY:

The Louisville area, Crestwood, LaGrange, Prospect, Anchorage, Mt. Washington, Shepherdsville, and Medora area. Each zip code has a set delivery fee which calculates at checkout.

INDIANA:

Jeffersonville, Clarksville, and New Albany include a $12 delivery fee.

Shipping

Do you offer shipping for fresh floral arrangements? Currently only local delivery & pick up is available for our fresh florals. Looking for flowers to send to a friend far away? Check out our Everlasting Floral collection, which is available for shipping in the United States.

How long will it take to receive my order in the mail? All orders take 3-5 business days to be created, packed, & shipped. All items are shipped priority mail. Please order ahead of time to ensure you receive your item in time. We are not responsible for USPS/UPS delays.

My order arrived damaged, what should I do next? If for any reason your order arrives damaged, please take a photo upon arrival of the box & anything damaged inside. Please email damaged item photos to bloomedroots@gmail.com along with your order number. We will follow up within 24-48 hours. Refunds/Replacements are available for damaged items only if submitted within 2-3 days of receiving item.

Everlasting Floral Care & Tips

What is an Everlasting Floral arrangement? A flower that has now been preserved or naturally dried. Keep out of direct light. Be gentle with the bouquet or arrangement, dried flowers are delicate. Do not place stems in or near water or around excessive humidity + moisture, the stems will deteriorate.

Some shedding or fading may occur overtime.
